What are the shipping costs abroad?
Shipping costs are free worldwide. So it doesn't matter whether you want the package delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France or America. We pay the shipping costs. And no! We do not do dropshipping. Everything is shipped from our own warehouse.

How do I determine the size of my necklace?
Finding the right size necklace is easy:
- Use a measuring tape : Measure the circumference of your neck where you want the necklace to fall. Add 2 cm for a tight fit or 5-10 cm for a looser feel.
- Use an existing necklace : Do you already have a necklace that fits perfectly? Then lay it flat and measure the entire length in centimeters.
- Choose your style : Decide whether you want a choker, a medium chain or a long chain. Add extra length if necessary for the desired effect.
